Payment methods
You can pay the tickets by:
1. Cash
- to our courier (available only in Saint-Petersburg and his area)
- at our box offices (ATTENTION please! you can pick up tickets in one of outlets of Muzbilet.ru during 48 hours since the order completed)
2. Bank Transfer for physical persons
Please be advised that bank transfer commission is not included in the order cost.
To pick up tickets paid via bank you will be required to present the bank recipient confirming the payment and your passport or any other document, confirming your identity. The name, written in the bank recipient, must be the same that is in the passport.
3. Webmoney
To pick up tickets paid via Webmoney you will be required to present your passport or any other document, confirming your identity.
Please be advised: if you selected the cashless settlement method, the tickets shall be paid within 2 (two) working days and the payment receipt shall be sent to e-mail ts@muzbilet.ru.
If you choose Webmoney, please write an e-mail on ts@muzbilet.ru after payment with the next information: number of your order, your name, the sum of payment, number of web-purse, which was used for the payment and patronage code, if it is necessary.
