Terms of use
We assume the right to cancel the reservation and return tickets back at the web site if we do not have enough information regarding the address to deliver tickets, and if name and surname, contact information are indicated incorrectly, or tickets have not been picked up in proper time.
Ticket return
1. The tickets can be returned only in case of replacement, cancellation or carrying over event.
The exchange and return of tickets at will of the client is not made.
2. The return of the ticket cost due to cancelled, postponed or replaced events is available upon conditions specified by the organizer of the performance (time address of ticket return).
3. The service of booking and delivery charge are not fefundable.
